iBackground Scripts: Will set an AppleScript to run in the background, provided that the script is saved as an 'application bundle'. Simply place the script on your Desktop and change the name of it to 'back.app'. Then launch iBackground Scripts and click the 'Yes' button. You can reverse it by clicking the 'No' button and it will no longer be a background script.
Tiger users may have to copy the script to another location to see the change. Although, renaming it usually does the trick.

iCab Favicons: Allows you to Disable or Enable iCab 4.x bookmark favicons. This may prove to be useful for people running iCab on Tiger as this function is not available. To clean your bookmarks of favicons, simply export them to your desktop. Next, delete the bookmarks from iCab's Bookmark Manager (Command-Shift-B) and then import the bookmark file from your desktop. Since this script can toggle the state of the favicons, you can Enable them for sites where you want the favicons and Disable them for other sites. Leopard users may find this toggle useful as well.

Safari Web Site Validator: Opens a new window in Safari and sends the HTML or XHTML code of the web page you're viewing to W3C Markup Validation Service. It then opens a second window to validate the CSS code. W3C will display any errors it can detect in the HTML/XHTML and CSS code. I included two scripts in the folder. The script named 'Safari Web Site Validator Go' does the same thing as 'Safari Web Site Validator' except there isn't a dialog box when you launch it. This might prove convenient (and faster) for those of you who have many pages that you want to validate.

iShow Invisible: Shows and hides the invisible files via a repeating dialog box. After you have revealed the invisible files, simply move the Hide dialog box out of your way or press Command-H to send it to the background. Any open folders should remain open when you change the visibility. This makes it easier if you have several folders open and want to view the invisible files.

iPreview Clipboard: Expedites placing an image from the clipboard into Preview. This script will open Preview and display any image you have on the clipboard. Then you can take advantage of Preview's many features. If your clipboard doesn't contain an image you will hear an alert sound.

iRemove .DS_Store files: Deletes the invisible .DS_Store files on all mounted Disks from all folders and application packages. For those of you who want to delete the .DS_Store files quickly without resorting to the Terminal, this AppleScript does the trick. There are .DS_Store files in some of your (third-party) application packages. They are left there by the programmers and are totally useless. TechTool Pro users can choose to Run this utility from their eDrive.

iDelete QT and Flash Caches: Deletes all QuickTime and Flash Caches. Flash Player AssetCache, Flash Player macromedia.com and #SharedObjects. If you encounter problems viewing QT or Flash videos, deleting these caches will often resolve the problem. At the very least, it will eliminate bloated caches. When QuickTime movies don't display video but you can hear the audio, try removing the 'QuickTime Plugin.webplugin' file. To remove the webplugin file, click the 'Yes' button on the confirmation dialog box and your 'Internet Plug-Ins' folder will open.
